Privacy policy

Last updated: April 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can access, update, or delete your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Data Language (UK) Ltd (company number 09034780, registered at Business Design Centre, 52 Upper St, London N1 0QH, United Kingdom) operates https://datagraphs.com (the "Site") and https://app.datagraphs.io (the "App"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from users of the Site and App. By using the Site or App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What personal data we collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through forms on the Site, including your name, email address, company name, and any additional information you choose to submit when requesting a demo, contacting us, downloading resources, or applying to our partner program.

We also collect technical data automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address (anonymized), browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL. This data is collected through Google Analytics and is only activated if you accept cookies via our consent banner.

We store a cookie consent preference in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have accepted or declined analytics cookies. This preference is not transmitted to our servers.

How we use your data

Form submissions (demo requests, contact inquiries, partner applications, resource downloads) are processed by JotForm, our form provider, and stored securely in our CRM systems (Monday.com and Google Workspace). This data is used only by the Data Language team to respond to your inquiry and, where you have consented, to send you relevant product information.

Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is used to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics cookies are not set unless you explicitly accept them through our cookie consent banner.

We will not share your personal data with any other organization unless you provide us with your consent or we are required to do so by law.

Cookies and tracking

When you first visit the Site, a cookie consent banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and Google Analytics is not loaded. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage under the key "dg-cookie-consent".

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-XS520492DP) to collect anonymized usage data. Google Analytics may set cookies, including _ga and _gid to distinguish users and sessions. For details on how Google processes this data, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use any other tracking or advertising cookies on the Site.

Third-party services

The Site uses the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

Google Analytics (website analytics): Collects anonymized browsing data when you accept cookies. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Bunny CDN (video hosting): Demo and product videos are served via iframe.mediadelivery.net. Bunny may collect technical data, such as your IP address, when videos are loaded. See https://bunny.net/privacy/ for their privacy policy.

OpenStreetMap (maps): The contact page displays a map of our office locations using Leaflet and OpenStreetMap tiles. OpenStreetMap may log your IP address when map tiles are loaded. See https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

Data storage and retention

Contact form data is stored in Google Workspace and Monday.com, both of which are hosted within the EEA or under appropriate data transfer agreements. We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or until you request deletion.

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

App account data is retained for the duration of your account. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
